This is a belated post but still counts as this IS what I was making last week! I decided to cut up some socks and make some interesting looking creatures. The first I made was the dog, which used 2 whole socks, then the stripy Zombie Cow and Zombie Bunny used 1 and a bit socks each. Not bad for a first attempt I think, and it made a change from the usual stuff!

LOVE the zombie cow! How adorably terrifying would it be to have a herd of those chasing you!?
I like the stripey ones best, they are cute in an odd sort of way. I know what you mean about taking a break from the usual stuff – I do that as well sometimes.
brilliant… love the zombie cow, its always good to have a change round and do something diffrent for a bit… I have never tried making a sock creature before but I put it on my list, its a very long list.
