Right then so you want to know about the giveaway? Well I bought a bedding set from the antiques shop last weekend because even though the fabric was pale brown, I’m a sucker for that big bloom 70s style of pattern. I know there will be someone else like me who likes that too so I’m quite willing to share my purchase. When I unpacked it for washing, I found there was one big flat sheet plus two pillowcases. I’m pretty sure they’re 100% cotton, so ideal for patchwork or purse lining, something like that maybe. I might make a summer dress!
So, who wants to win the two pillowcases? They’re pretty large- I’d say in total you could get well over half a yard of material out of these! One person will win both, just leave a comment here to win. Open internationally. Sully is an African Pygmy Hedgehog so he’s a proper pet, he wouldn’t survive the British climate, or the diet! He lives under a heat lamp and eats a carefully balanced protein and fat diet! 😀

Aw, little Sully is adorable….never seen a hedgehog in person, so I have a question….if you pet him does he feel spikey or soft? Or does that depend on whether you touch his back or his little tummy? So cute!

He’s sort of smooth on his spikes when he’s chilled out and his tummy is very soft but he’s not so sure about you touching that. His claws are the sharpest bit but I can’t bring myself to cut his nails, I’m going to have to pay someone else to do it for me!

I love the great ’70’s type fabric! I was in high school and my room was brown, blue and off-white…love the calming colors and flowers. I would love to have the pillowcases and I’ve never seen a pet hedgehog – how adorable!
