Using the new Resin Obsession resin, I have developed a technique for making fake seaglass. I have sent a tutorial off to Cindy over at RO for her blog, so you should see it there shortly.
I thought I’d share the results with you anyway- I’m going to take out the wire bits and jump ring them instead (I am truly crap at wire related stuff) and maybe add some nautical charms or shells to it to make more of a charm necklace.
I’ve not been slacking- honest- just been really busy with new stockists! Check back at my stockists page in a couple of weeks to see what’s going on!
Anyway, I thought I’d show you a couple of different makes this time, firstly I’ve been making lots of new moulds, and been casting interesting new rings, however I’ve only managed to finish one so far- as I say I’m not slacking 😉 – which is this:

I also made this spoon, which is available if you think you may have a use for it as things didn’t quite go as well as planned:

I realised that I don’t really share many of my custom orders, so I have decided to share this one for http://inkspired.etsy.com of a teardrop pendant, matching earrings and 2 rings (I made an extra one in case the other was too small) and here they are:

Only one outstanding order now for 3 poker guards, which I hope to feature in my book when finished! I am also working on a personal project embedding gemstones into resin, it’s setting at the moment, so I hope that I will have something to share with you tomorrow!
